Then here’s your action plan for the next 30 days, and then the next 30, and eventually for the rest of your life.

Let us begin by defining what success means.

I know we all define it differently but I have found one definition that we can all agree on.

At least for the most of us.

My definition is Good Relationships + Good health + Good Money

I call this the trinity of success.



The first step to achieving a successful life is to build great relationships.

This is not about networking, making richer friends, or anything like that

This starts with you. I mean the relationship you have with yourself, your siblings, parents, partners, and friends.

Then it extends to how you interact with others in social situations, exude confidence, win friends, and inspire people

Let me share some tips for developing great relationships.


Start With Yourself

Many people don’t understand themselves.

They live life as it comes, taking no extra thought for improvements.

I call people who live that way – Surface people.

You don’t want to be like that.

I am not also going to ask you to strive for mastery or perfection. Nobody is perfect.

What you should seek is a perfect understanding of yourself.

Develop the habit of self-reflection, and act with more consciousness.

Observe your conduct from the eyes of an onlooker.

Talk to yourself in very kind language (Of course, not in public… So you don’t get mistaken for being beside yourself).

The better you understand who you are, what you like and dislike, and what your social strengths and weaknesses are.

You’re already setting up yourself to be the envy of others.


Practice Good Communication

The cornerstone of every great relationship is good communication.

When interacting with family, friends, partners, and even strangers, make an effort to listen actively and speak openly.

Having honest conversations regularly builds trust.

Without trust, every relationship will break down.


Be Reliable

If you’re not dependable, you won’t have great-quality relationships

Relationships are opportunities to serve one another and being someone whom others can count on, is important.

Whether it is keeping appointments, or fulfilling promises. An honorable person does what he says he would do.

So be very careful when making promises. And if you can’t meet up with a promise, it’s wise to inform the other party timely.



There are many things we cannot control when it comes to the human health

But there are some key things we can do to remain healthy and live long

One of them is what we just talked about…


Maintaining Great Relationships

When you have great relationships, you begin to feel healthier.

Depression, loneliness, and boredom start to trickle down.

You enjoy enhanced self-image and esteem

Your newly found positive self-image empowers you to break free from bad habits like porn addiction, procrastination, masturbation, drugs, and other things that have been holding you back.

If you don’t believe that relationship is correlated with health, research it.

The stats are everywhere.

Some partners die of a broken when they lose the other partner.

In fact, a study revealed that going through a breakup and experiencing emotional pain can affect the physical body. It can lead to changes in eating habits, reduced motivation, anxiety, and depression.Healthline

But maintaining good relationships isn’t the only thing we can control to remain healthy.


Eat A Well Balanced Diet

One of the ways you care for your body is by eating the right diet

Consuming a lot of junk food and carb drinks is destroying your health one bottle a day

Smoking and excessive alcohol intake are doing more damage to the body and mind

You might say, nobody will live forever regardless of what they eat or drink

And I agree.

We are all going to die.

But what you must remember is that the quality of life you enjoy (success) for the short time you’re here will be affected by the quality of your health

Eat the right diet and avoid consuming junk food.

Do it for a week and you’ll feel a whole lot healthier.


Get Enough Sleep

Your body needs rest.

You don’t have to kill your body to make money.

Aim to get 7 – 9 hours of quality sleep every night to allow your body to recover.

This will improve your overall health and cognitive processes

You’ll be more productive after you’ve had quality sleep.

When people tell me that keep rolling on their beds without being able to sleep

I immediately know what their problem is…

Irregular sleep schedule.

Some nights, you’re up all through on social media or watching Netflix

On other nights you’re sleeping a few hours

Your body doesn’t have a regular sleep time

You have to correct this bad habit deliberately, by having a scheduled sleep and waking time.



This is the one we all know we should do but never do.

Indeed the spirit is willing but the flesh? It is very weak!

Let me tell you how I was able to trick my body into exercising regularly

I added “Simple Exercise” to my daily routine

So at some point in the day, I would do hand and leg stretches, waist exercises, and any other simple exercise

I made it a habit to do it every day whether I felt like it or not

When it had become a habit, I gradually began increasing the intensity of the exercise

I was also able to increase the duration using this approach.

I am sharing this because it might help you, or at least inspire you to discover something that works for you.



If you want to make a ton of money, you need the first two weapons we talked about.

Great relationships and fantastic health.

When you have both, it means you have the clarity of mind and purpose to excel in your career, transition to your dream job, or start a business.

But that will not be enough to get you to the promised land.

There are other things you need to do to gain financial freedom.

Develop A Strong Work Ethic

Not everyone recognizes that there is dignity in labor

Yeah, I can understand them. That’s what happens when you’re forced to do a job you don’t like for a company you don’t care about.

But the fact remains that you will not stumble on riches…except you win the lottery.

You need to put in quality work for a while to get results

To achieve this, set clear, achievable goals and work towards them.

Learn how to manage your time effectively. Use a to-do list to prioritize your tasks, so that you’re working on what’s important first.


Network With The Right People

Having a strong professional network will open doors you never knew existed.

Jesse Itzler – founder of Marquis Jet – got his first private jet buyer by hanging around a coffee shop close to the TED conference

Today, Itzler’s Jet company is one of the largest in the industry.

You need to step out of your comfort zone to make progress.

Attend seminars, conferences, and workshops, so you can network with the right people.


Invest in Education & Skills

I have said time and time again, that the distance between you and your financial goal is knowledge

A simple information from the right person at the right time can change your life completely

A tiny bit of inspiration from a video course, a book, or a mentor can lead you to start something that will bring you good fortune

I take courses, coaching, and consulting for this kind of information or inspiration

It is for the same reason I attend conferences.

When you pay to learn new things, you’re not investing in the person selling it to you.

You are ultimately investing in yourself

If you’re not investing in yourself, maybe it’s because you think you’re a bad investment.

Otherwise, it just makes sense for you to get as much knowledge as you can


Take Action

Action-takers are better than those who don’t do anything.

You must implement what you learn to see the result

Don’t wait till you’re perfect, there will never be a time like that

Start implementing what you learned from the previous steps.

Theory without practicality is all but wasted time and effort.



We were taught that you can’t have it all – Relationships, Health and Money.

Because the pursuit of one, usually leads to the loss of the other.

But today, I have presented to you a unique perspective…

That true success is doing well in all three areas by using them as fuel to achieve each other.

This paradigm shift has helped me succeed in all three areas.

And I continue to accomplish more success in my life.
